Terms of Service

Last updated August 10, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Kip Builds LLC, the maker of Zenbody. They cover your use of the Zenbody app and this website at zenbody.app.

By using Zenbody, you agree to these terms. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and the choices you have.

The short version

  • Zenbody is a general wellness practice, not medical care. Move gently, and check with a doctor if you have an injury or any doubt.
  • You sign in with Apple, and you can delete your account and its data from inside the app at any time.
  • If you subscribe, you buy and manage it through your Apple account, and it renews automatically until you cancel.
  • The app and its content are ours. You get to use them for your own personal practice.

This summary is here to help you read the terms. The full text below is what applies.

Zenbody is a wellness practice, not medical care

Zenbody offers general stretching and mobility practices to help you move and feel better. It is not medical care, and it does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any injury or condition. Move within a comfortable range, and stop if anything sharpens or hurts. If you have an injury, a health condition, or any doubt about whether a movement is right for you, talk to a doctor or another qualified professional before you start.

Who can use Zenbody

You need to be at least 13 years old to use Zenbody. If you are under the age at which you can agree to these terms on your own, please use Zenbody with a parent or guardian who agrees to them for you. To buy a subscription, you need to be able to enter into a binding agreement.

Your account

You sign in with Sign in with Apple. You're responsible for keeping your device and your Apple account secure, and for what happens under your account. Please tell us if you think someone else is using it. You can delete your account, and the information tied to it, from the Account screen in the app at any time. See our Privacy Policy for what we collect and how deletion works.

Subscriptions and billing

Some features may require a paid subscription. If you subscribe:

  • You buy and pay through your Apple account, under Apple's terms. Prices and billing periods are shown in the app before you confirm.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before it ends.
  • You manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings, not in the app. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
  • If we offer a free trial, any unused part is forfeited when you buy a subscription that covers the same features.
  • Payments and refunds are handled by Apple under their policies.

Using Zenbody responsibly

Please use Zenbody for your own personal, non-commercial practice, and within the law. Don't copy, resell, reverse engineer, or try to break or overload the app or its content, and don't use it in a way that could harm other people or us.

Our content

The Zenbody app, its movement illustrations, routines, text, and design are owned by Kip Builds LLC or our licensors, and are protected by law. We give you a personal, limited, non-transferable license to use them inside the app for your own practice. Anything we don't clearly grant you stays ours.

The App Store and Apple

You download Zenbody from Apple's App Store, and you also agree to Apple's Media Services terms and usage rules. These terms are between you and Kip Builds LLC, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Zenbody or its content, and has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for it. If Zenbody fails to meet a warranty that can't be disclaimed, you may tell Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price; to the fullest extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.

Changes to Zenbody

Zenbody is early and still growing. We may add, change, or remove features, routines, or content, and we may pause or stop the service. We'll try to give notice of anything significant, but we don't promise to keep any particular feature.

Disclaimers

Zenbody is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't promise that the app will always be available or error-free, that it's fit for a particular purpose, or that your practice will produce any particular result.

Limit on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Kip Builds LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that arise from your use of Zenbody. Where our liability can't be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or, if you paid us nothing, to fifty US dollars. Some places don't allow these limits, so parts of this may not apply to you.

Ending these terms

You can stop using Zenbody at any time by deleting your account and the app. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or use Zenbody in a way that could harm others or us. The parts of these terms that should outlast them, such as content ownership, disclaimers, and the limit on our liability, continue after they end.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Kip Builds LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Zenbody changes. We'll revise the date at the top, and if a change is significant we'll do our best to let you know in the app or by email. Using Zenbody after an update means you accept the new terms.
