30s hold · standing
Big slow circles. Let the shoulders lead.
- Stand tall with your arms hanging loose at your sides.
- Lift both shoulders up toward your ears.
- Roll them back and down, drawing the largest circle you can.
- Keep going, and reverse direction halfway through.
Tips: Slow beats fast. Let each circle take about one full breath. Your arms stay relaxed and heavy. The shoulders do all of the work.
Easier: Roll one shoulder at a time if both together feels awkward. Seated works just as well as standing.
