- Reach one arm straight out in front of you, palm facing up.
- Let your fingers point down toward the floor.
- With your other hand, gently ease the fingers back toward your body.
- Keep the arm straight and hold where the stretch is mild.

Tips: Keep the reaching arm straight. A bent elbow hides the stretch. Ease the fingers, do not pull hard. A mild stretch is plenty.
Easier: Bend the elbow slightly if a straight arm is too much. Press the palm flat on a wall, fingers pointing down, and lean in.
