Turn palms up, then down. Slow.
- Bend your elbows to about ninety degrees and tuck them into your sides.
- Start with your palms facing up, hands relaxed.
- Slowly turn both palms down, then back up.
- Keep going, letting the turn come from your forearms.
Tips: Keep your elbows pinned to your sides. That is what makes the forearms work. Slow and full beats fast and small. Turn as far each way as you can.
Easier: Rest your elbows on a desk or the arms of a chair. One arm at a time if that is easier to feel.
