Chin straight back. Shoulder blades into the chair. Hold.
- Sit tall with your back against the chair, feet flat.
- Slide your chin straight back, keeping your eyes level.
- Press your shoulder blades gently into the chair back.
- Hold both, breathing easily, then release.

Tips: The chin slides back, it does not drop. Keep looking straight ahead. Gentle is enough. A firm press into the chair back is the whole exercise.
Easier: Do the chin tuck alone, hands resting in your lap. Hold for a few breaths at a time and rest between.
